Why you can grow a larger business in December than any month of the year

Experienced Xyngular Distributors who work the holidays find that they can be some of the most important and lucrative times of the year...if you work them in the right way.

While it's true that during the holiday season many people are going to be out shopping, it's also true that more people are going to be home with family. Fewer people will be out of doors recreating for the simple reason that there are fewer daylight hours. More people are taking vacation time through the holidays and they're more relaxed, especially between the holidays. Many of them have no place to send their children during the day, so they're staying home with them.

They'll be more willing to take time to talk with you about an opportunity. Why? Because they know they're spending too much on presents, and they're going to need a way to pay it all off. They're thinking about spending, health, weight loss, and making a little extra money.

Plan to work your scheduled hours during those golden days surrounding the holidays, and you will find that December will become your most successful business month of the year for both recruiting and selling products.

A time to prepare for your January explosion
The holidays are also a great time for motivating and training your team both by example and by formal training. Don't try to do it all in one big extravaganza training. Just make plenty of contacts with your team through the holidays so they understand that the holidays are a time for 3-way calls and exploding their business.

It's always better to work with someone else during the holidays because it gets both of you focused on business at a time when it's easy to get distracted.

Even if your team mates are taking time off for holiday parties and family events, you want to keep them from losing their overall focus and momentum. If Xyngular is at least one of the things on the top of their minds during the holidays, they'll think of lots of great ways to bring up Xyngular in conversations at parties and make contacts for later appointments.
The holidays are a great time for gathering people's interests and needs. All the "how are you doing?" conversations can be extended to gather information about people's career, their industry, their job frustrations, their health concerns, their plans to lose weight, and their financial dreams for the future. A party may not be the best time to give your full Xyngular business presentation, but you can always say, "we need to get together and talk about this." Then make a note in your appointment book for a contact between the holidays prompted by this earlier conversation.

Find out about people's hopes and dreams. Then you can make a phone call later and ask, "When you talked about going on a cruise this next spring, were you serious or were you just kidding around?" Then you can say, "I think I have a way to make that happen sooner than you think." They'll be interested because it was their idea in the first place.
Once you start working the phones in January, you're going to want a long list of excuses to call people fast and furious. You're going to want to sound excited and busy with lots of appointments. That will attract more business than you will be able to handle alone, so you'll need a trained and prepared team ready to help you with lots of exciting stories.
You can see how the seeds you plant in December will bear abundant fruit during January's rush to lose the weight. So don't miss the harvest by not taking December seriously.

ACTION STEPS:

2. Schedule time throughout the month to make planned calls with your team members. Share ideas from this article.

3. Create your own spectacular December growth story that you can use in years to come to motivate your team mates who may have a tendency to think that December isn't a very good month to work their Xyngular business.
